Evolving from Software Developer to Research Engineer I accelerate and facilitate the way scientists access and analyze research data. Applying my engineering skills and domain knowledge of biology, biomedical informatics and bioinformatics I create solutions that meld disparate data sources into web applications with statistical analysis capabilities. Through these experiences at the very edge of the datafication of biology I am able to participate in all stages of the research and publication process.
